This Privacy Policy explains how SSA Brasil LLC, which operates the Julio Cesar Soccer Camp and JC Brasil Tour websites, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use this website or contact us about our programs. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SSA Brasil LLC.

This policy covers this website and the inquiries you send to us. A separate program, registration, travel, participant, or media-release document may include additional privacy information for that activity.

We collect only the information needed to operate the website, respond to questions, and discuss possible participation.

• Information you choose to provide. Our inquiry form may ask for an adult contact name, email address, phone number, the player’s age or team age group, current playing level, program interest, a message, consent to be contacted, and an optional choice to receive tour updates.
• Contact through other services. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, we receive the information you include and the account details those services make available to us.
• Technical information. Our hosting, security, and font providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and error or security events.
• Language preference. The website stores your selected language in your browser’s local storage so it can remember your choice. The website does not currently set advertising cookies.
• Current inquiry-form state. The form in this build is not connected to a submission destination. Information typed into it remains in the page and is not sent to us unless you separately choose to place it in a WhatsApp message or contact us another way.

3. How we use information

We do not use website inquiry information to make decisions based solely on automated processing. Program fit and follow-up are reviewed by a person.

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with parents, guardians, adult players, and coaches.
• Discuss program fit, age group, playing level, availability, and next steps.
• Send requested tour or program updates when an adult has opted in, and stop when asked.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website.
• Protect participants, families, our organization, and others; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
• Keep appropriate business records and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Our reasons for using information

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent; steps you ask us to take before a possible registration or agreement; our legitimate interests in responding, operating, and securing the website; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time, but that does not make earlier lawful processing invalid.

5. How we share information

We do not rent or sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only as reasonably needed to:

• Use service providers that support hosting, security, website forms, email, communications, and business operations, subject to appropriate instructions or agreements.
• Use WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Fonts, or another outside service when you choose that service or when it is needed to display the website.

Our programs serve youth players, but the website’s inquiry tools are intended for adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website. A parent or guardian should contact us on their behalf.

If you provide information about a minor, you confirm that you are the minor’s parent or guardian, or that you are otherwise authorized to provide it. Do not submit a minor’s passport, medical, payment, government-identification, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form, ordinary email, or WhatsApp.

If we learn that we received personal information directly from a child without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. For children and adolescents in Brazil, we handle personal information with their best interests as a primary consideration and apply any consent or authorization required by law.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask whether we process your personal information and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, information about sharing, or withdrawal of consent. You may also object to certain uses and opt out of nonessential updates.

We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply. A parent or guardian may make an appropriate request concerning a minor.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an inquiry, providing requested updates, maintaining appropriate business and consent records, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We then delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable.

The language preference remains in your browser until you change it, clear site data, or your browser removes it.
