1. Acceptance and who may use the website

These Terms govern your use of the Julio Cesar Soccer Camp and JC Brasil Tour website. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SSA Brasil LLC, the website operator.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The inquiry tools are intended for parents, guardians, adult players, coaches, and other adults. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the website with a parent or guardian. Children under 13 should not submit an inquiry or personal information.

2. Information only—no reservation or guarantee

The website provides general information about soccer camps, player development, team programs, the JC Brasil Tour, planned activities, and ways to contact us. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but details may be corrected or changed.

Website content does not reserve a place, confirm registration, guarantee acceptance or availability, create a travel booking or coach-player relationship, or require either side to proceed. Submitting an inquiry, email, or WhatsApp message does not hold a place or confirm a price.

Dates, schedules, activities, venues, opponents, club or stadium access, accommodations, transportation, meals, inclusions, prices, staffing, and availability remain subject to written confirmation for the specific program or departure.

3. Separate program and travel terms

Participation is confirmed only after we expressly accept the participant and all required program-specific steps are completed. Separate documents may cover eligibility, payment, cancellation, refunds, conduct, releases, medical and emergency authorization, media permission, insurance, passports, visas, parental travel authorization, and other participant or travel requirements.

Those separate documents control the applicable program or trip if they conflict with these website Terms. Do not make a payment or travel commitment based only on general website content.

4. Parents, guardians, and youth participants

An adult who submits information about a player or team confirms that the information is accurate and that they are authorized to provide it and make the inquiry.

Do not send passport numbers, government identification, payment-card or bank information, medical records, or similarly sensitive information through a general inquiry form, ordinary email, or WhatsApp. If we need additional information later, we will provide separate instructions.

5. Inquiries and communications

When you contact us, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide. You receive optional promotional or tour updates only when an adult requests them, and you may ask us to stop at any time.

Email and messaging services may not be completely secure or confidential. Carrier, data, and third-party service charges may apply to WhatsApp or other communications.

6. Travel requirements and player readiness

Parents, guardians, and adult participants are responsible for determining whether a participant is physically, medically, and developmentally suited for a program or tour and for consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and checking passports, visas, parental authorizations, custody documents, insurance, vaccinations, and other entry, exit, health, or travel requirements that apply to them. Requirements vary by traveler and destination and may change.

Website information is not legal, medical, immigration, financial, insurance, or travel advice. Verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities and qualified professionals.

7. Athletic outcomes and sample content

Participation does not guarantee athletic improvement, team selection, a trial, scouting, recruitment, a scholarship, a professional contract, or any future opportunity.

Content labeled “Sample profile,” “Illustrative copy,” or similar wording is included only to demonstrate presentation or describe a hypothetical experience. It is not a statement from a real participant, a verified testimonial, a confirmed program fact, or a promised outcome.

References to clubs, leagues, stadiums, hotels, airlines, venues, or other organizations do not imply a current partnership, endorsement, or guaranteed access unless expressly confirmed in writing.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or an unreasonable automated load.
• Impersonate another person, submit false or misleading information, or provide another person’s personal information without authority.
• Copy, sell, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without permission.
• Use the website in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

9. Intellectual property

The website’s text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and code are owned by or licensed to us and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. No other rights are granted.

Soccer training, competition, and travel involve risks that should be addressed in program-specific information, consent forms, and agreements. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

This section applies only to website use. It does not establish or replace the terms governing an actual program, registration, or trip, and it does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website and may update these Terms as the website and our services change. The current version will be posted with its effective date. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the website.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
